Only the people you choose. Your profile, AI Session recording, documents, and analytics are private by default. No investor, fund, or third party can see any of it until you share it.
How investors see your data
Two ways, and both start with you.
You send a link. Every investor gets their own specific link, and opening a profile always requires entering an email. You choose which sections each link shows, and you can disable any individual link at any time.
You leave stealth. Stealth means your SeedFroge Profile is invisible to the SeedForge investor network. You can choose to leave stealth and agree to be distributed to SeedForge investors subscribed to dealflow. This distribution costs you nothing.
Documents in your Data Room are view-only. Investors cannot download, copy, or redistribute your materials. Note we cannot prevent them taking screenshots. Every Data Room access is logged: you see who viewed what, and when.
Who else can access your data
A small number of SeedForge engineers can access your data, for support purposes only.
SeedForge uses AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI to power your AI Session and insights. These providers process your data under data processing agreements that prohibit them from keeping or sharing it.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on EU-based servers and encrypted everywhere it exists: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Full security details are at seedforge.com/security.

Can investors see my startup without me sharing it?
No. Profiles are in stealth by default. An investor sees your profile only when you send them a link or when you choose free distribution to SeedForge investors subscribed to dealflow.
