You approve or decline investors in the Outreach tab, where every matched investor waits for your decision before SeedForge sends anything. Review investors one at a time, or approve the whole list at once. Your campaign needs at least one approved investor before it can start.

Approve or decline each investor
Open the queue. Go to the Outreach tab. Investors waiting for your decision appear under a Queued count.
Review one investor. Tap an investor card to open the review screen, headed Approve outreach to. The left side shows the investor fit: Stage, Geography, Check Size, and Sectors. The right side, The conversation we'll start, shows the exact connection request and two follow-up messages SeedForge will send.

Approve or decline. Click Approve to add the investor to your campaign, or Decline to leave them out. You can also approve or decline straight from a card using the green check or the red cross.
Approve everyone at once. To clear the whole queue in one move, click Approve all at the top. This approves every investor currently in the queue.

Note: Your contact's first name and your SeedForge Profile link are added automatically to all three messages.
Tip: Review your top matches first. Investors marked Best Match are the strongest fit for your stage, sector, and check size.
Excluding funds you do not want
Declining is how you keep specific investors out of your outreach. Decline any fund you already talk to, pitched before, or see as too close to a competitor. Declined investors move to the archive in the Outreach tab. Open the archive and approve them again whenever you change your mind. You can approve or decline investors before launch and while the campaign runs.

Quick answers
Do I have to approve every investor one by one?
No. Review investors individually, or click Approve all to approve everyone in the queue at once.
Can I stop SeedForge from contacting a specific fund?
Yes. Decline that fund and it stays out of your outreach. Declined funds move to your archive, where you can approve them later.
What is the minimum I need to start a campaign?
At least one approved investor. Your campaign cannot start until one investor is approved.
