What does SeedForge charge for, and how do we know when to charge?
SeedForge is pay per outcome. Connect your LinkedIn and run outreach free for a month. After the trial you pay a flat $10 when a call is booked or a warm intro is offered. Core tools are free.

What if a booked call never happens?
If the investor shared a calendar link, the $10 stands. If you agreed a time in the chat and the investor did not show, make a new attempt to rebook in that conversation, then email support for a refund.

How do refunds and withdrawals work?
Withdraw your unused SeedForge balance to your card anytime, usually within 2 business day. A charge for a call that never happened can be refunded.

Where do I see exactly what I was charged for?
Click your wallet balance in the top right corner to open Billing, then scroll to Transaction history to see every charge, top-up, and refund.

How do I top up, and why did my campaign auto-pause at $25?
Click your wallet balance, then Top up on the Billing page. Campaigns pause below $25 so a booked call always has budget. Top up, then resume sending.
