How do refunds and withdrawals work?

Withdraw your unused SeedForge balance to your card anytime, usually within 1 business day. A charge for a call that never happened can be refunded.

You can withdraw your unused wallet balance back to your card anytime, and a charge for a booked call that never happened can be refunded after review. Your balance is refundable anytime, no questions asked.

Withdraw your unused balance

A withdrawal returns your full balance to your card. SeedForge processes full withdrawals only, with no partial option.

  1. Open your wallet. The Wallet balance card shows your balance with two buttons, Request withdrawal and Top up.

  2. Start the withdrawal. Click Request withdrawal. A confirmation dialog titled Request a withdrawal? opens and shows the exact amount.

  3. Confirm. Click Confirm withdrawal. SeedForge returns your full balance to your original card through Stripe. This usually takes up to 2 business days.

Note: A withdrawal empties your wallet, so your balance drops below $25 and the campaign pauses. New connection requests stop until you top up again.

Refund a charge

A charge can be refunded when a booked call never happens. SeedForge charges $25 per booked call. If the call does not take place, you can have that charge refunded, and your LinkedIn conversation shows you attempted to find a replacement slot.

If the investor shared a calendar link, the charge stands. If the call was agreed in the conversation and never happened, make a clear new attempt to schedule in that same conversation. If the investor ignores it, the $25 charge is eligible for refund. A human reviews every refund case individually.
