What if a booked call never happens?

A no-show call's $25 stands if the investor shared a calendar link. If you agreed a time in chat, rebook, if there is still a no-show or the investor ignores then email support for a refund.

Whether you get the $25 back when a booked call never happens depends on how it was booked. SeedForge charges $25 per booked call. If the investor shared their own calendar link, the charge stands. If you agreed a date and time in the chat and the investor did not show, you can request the $25 back after an unsuccessful attempt to find a new slot.

When the $25 is charged

You are charged $25 for each call booked through your campaign. A call counts as booked in two ways: the investor shares a calendar link in the chat, or you and the investor agree a specific date and time in the chat.

When the charge stands

If the investor shared their own calendar link, the $25 stands even if the call does not happen. You can rebook with their calendar link and find another slot.

When you can get the $25 back

If you agreed the call in the chat and the investor did not show, you can request the $25 back.

  1. Try to rebook the call. Make a clear new attempt to schedule a replacement call in the same conversation.

  2. Email support. If the investor ignores your attempt, write to support@seedforge.com and ask for a refund of the $25.

  3. A person reviews your case. Support checks that you made a real attempt to rebook. If the case checks out, the $25 is credited back to your wallet balance.

Quick answers
